Vysto is a tool, not a marketplace.
Vysto (the "Service") provides a technical utility that allows users to create digital flyers and shareable links. We do not act as a broker, marketplace, or payment intermediary. Vysto does not participate in, facilitate, or guarantee transactions between users. Any agreement, purchase, or interaction initiated through a Vysto link is solely between the involved parties.
02. Content Rules
Content that is not allowed.
Users may not use the Service to promote, distribute, or sell:
- Illegal drugs or drug-related paraphernalia
- Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
- Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods
- Adult content, sexual services, or explicit material
- Hate speech, harassment, or abusive content
- Fraudulent schemes, scams, or deceptive financial services

We reserve the right to remove, disable, archive, or restrict access to any flyer or link at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe it violates these Terms, applicable laws, or poses a safety risk.
