Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Vysto ("the Service") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform.
Data required to operate the service.
To provide a seamless experience, we allow you to create and access your account via third-party authentication providers, including Google, Facebook, LINE, and GitHub.
When you authenticate using these services, we collect:
- Email Address: Used as your unique account identifier and for secure login.
- Basic Profile Info: Such as your display name and profile picture to personalize your dashboard.
We may also collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, and system logs for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
Operating and improving the platform.
Your email address is strictly used to:
- Authenticate your identity and provide secure access to your flyers.
- Send essential service updates, transaction receipts, and security alerts.
- Prevent fraudulent activity and account abuse.
We do not share your social profile data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
Public flyer images.
Photos and content uploaded to Vysto are stored on secure infrastructure and may be publicly accessible through the shareable link you generate. Images may be optimized and distributed through global content delivery networks (CDNs) for performance.
External services may process previews.
When a Vysto link is shared on messaging platforms or social networks, those services may request preview metadata (such as title and image) to generate link previews. These interactions are governed by the privacy policies of those external platforms.
How long information is stored.
We retain user content and account data only as long as necessary to operate the Service, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations. Users may delete their flyers or accounts at any time through the dashboard.
Access and control over your data.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion, or restrict certain processing activities. Requests can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Protecting your information.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
Age restrictions.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When significant changes occur, the "Last updated" date will be revised.
Privacy inquiries.
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your personal data, please contact the Vysto support team.
